What kind of files should I send?
To get best results, we need images in the highest possible resolution, in JPG format and if possible with ADOBE RGB 1998 profile. If you need colour correction, the best format to work is RAW.
What is the delivery time?
We need a maximum of 15 days to layout your album.
Once the layout is submitted, can I make changes or corrections?
Of course you can. The display of the layout allows you to assess it and communicate us any changes or corrections.
Can my clients view the album?
Of course, if you don’t want your clients to enter ProfessionalAlbum.com and use your username and password to access your private area, we offer you a neutral website where they can view their albums, protected under a password.

How can I pay?
Once you have approved the project, you will be reported payment methods so that you can make it.
Is the payment system secure?

How will I receive the work?
You can download your album straight to your computer, in a format ready and optimized for printing or as an alternative you can receive a DVD with the burnt album by a courier service.
What format will I receive the files in?
We send high quality JPG files and if you work with some colour profile, we will apply it to the files. We don’t deliver PSD files, because we don’t work with Photoshop, for best results, we use only professional graphic design software for album layout.
Can I order only the printing and binding of and album?
No, ProfessionalAlbum.com offer design, layout and image postproduction services to all professional photographers. We have added other complementary services like printing and binding to offer the best product, but printing or binding are not the main aim of our company.
